其中 STATICALLY_WIDEN<CharT>("{}/{:L}/{:L}") 若 CharT 为 char 则为 "{}/{:L}/{:L}" ，而若 CharT 为 wchar_t 则为 L"{}/{:L}/{:L}" 。
